Job Description:
OVERALL PURPOSE/FUNCTION:
To promote quality assurance practices are being utilized in all areas. Responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, inspection of the making, packing, and assisting in the production of quality products. Conduct testing by proscribed methods and procedures to insure products have been fully tested and proven to meet acceptable test criteria. Methods and materials must produce a safe high-quality product that is reproducible in manufacturing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Including but not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned according to role and department needs.
• Pay attention to detail while performing tasks with accuracy

Deliver raw materials to production line in proscribed amounts at appropriate times according to production schedule and demands. Accuracy and efficiency are highly important to produce a consistently safe and high-quality product.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Weighing and batching of fragrance, additives and wax
a. Weigh sets of fragrance and additives accurately and on a timely basis
b. Handle wax deliveries, batching, and transferring of wax
c. Accurately record information onto proper documentation
d. Operate equipment and instruments using established procedures
e. Follow all safety, regulatory, and standard operating procedures
f. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment
g. Maintain a functional, clean, and well-organized work area
2. Recording Data and Communication of Results

Transportation Coordinator
OVERALL PURPOSE/FUNCTION:
Assist the Warehouse department by processing and managing all incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments following MCP customer established guidelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Responsible for receiving and processing for the facility
• Responsible for shipping and processing for the facility
• Manage incoming paperwork with a high level of accuracy
• Manage outgoing paperwork with a high level of accuracy
• Use the inventory control system to track the receipt of raw material
• Use the inventory control system to track the shipments of raw materials and finished goods
• Communicate with outside vendors and MVP customers in a professional manner
• May be asked to assist the warehouse employees in unloading trucks, scanning materials, locating in the system, and moving inventory by forklift
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or Experience
• High School Diploma OR GED
• Forklift operation experience
• Warehousing experience
Professional Designations / Licensures / Certifications
• OSHA Forklift certification preferred; onsite training provided
• Valid driver’s license required
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
• Communication Skills: written and verbal
• Computer skills including using inventory management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft programs; Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
